Too often it feels like we’re all screaming into the abyss. Sometimes you wonder, is anyone listening?

SpeakEasy is.

Join us on Monday, November 2nd for Public Response, a night of writing, laughs, maybe a drink or two, and spontaneity. 

We’ll write letters to political figures, public figures, or whoever else is on your mind, and then have some of Boston’s biggest personalities dramatize and perform them for the room, right then and there. We’ll have a cash bar on site to help loosen the tongue!

Bring your favorite writing implements, a laptop, or good old-fashioned pen and paper. Best penmanship, please, cause somebody might read your letter outloud.

Who knows what we’ll say?

Come watch, vent, write, or really whatever you feel. We want you in that room.
