Sometimes it feels like we’re just screaming into the abyss. After years of voting, protesting, and trying to make our voices heard, sometimes you wonder – is anyone listening? Well, SpeakEasy is. This voting season, we’re going to give you an outlet – not only to get your frustrations, pleas, thoughts, and feelings about the world out onto paper, but to hear them performed by some of your favorite Boston artists.

Join us on Monday, November 2nd for a very special event – our “Public Response”. We will gather as a community, write letters to political figures (or whoever you want!), and then have some of our biggest personalities dramatize them for the group – right then and there. Blow off some steam, get it off your chest, and finally feel heard and appreciated – all while surrounded by friends and laughter.

Bring your favorite writing implements, a laptop, or pen and paper (best penmanship please) and let’s get some things off our chests!
