Rachel Deleveaux, Ed.D., is a visionary nonprofit and social impact executive with more than 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, national partnerships, and mission-driven teams across education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. As the Founder of Transformative Culture Solutions, she advises organizations nationwide on strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on advancing equity and inclusive leadership. Rachel also serves as Assistant Vice President for Strategy and Engagement at Simmons University, where she leads efforts to strengthen organizational culture, advance inclusive practices, and foster a sense of belonging across the university community.
Dr. Deleveaux’s prior leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer at the Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster and Regional Manager for KIPP Massachusetts, where she developed nationally recognized college persistence strategies. Dr. Deleveaux holds a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University, and a Bachelor’s in Afro-American History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Rachel currently serves on the Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Board for Think:Kids (MGH) and the Board of Directors for the Children’s Trust Fund.
