Jim Torres

Director of Marketing & Communications

Jim Torres (Director of Marketing and Communications) has been a part of SpeakEasy Stage since 1997, first as a volunteer staff member (thanks to Paul); then as a half-time employee (thanks to Adam and Steve); and since January 2003, as a full-time employee (thanks to Bat Boy).  In addition to his marketing duties, Jim also handles media relations and serves as the company’s box-office liaison.  A native of North Dighton, MA and a graduate of Harvard College, Jim previously served as an admissions officer for Harvard College, television producer for Monitor Television, reporter for The Insurance Times, marketing associate for Better World Advertising, and a realtor with Atlantic Properties Real Estate.
