Cathy Cotton joined SpeakEasy Stage’s board of directors in 2018 and is currently co-chair of the development committee. Professionally, she is a practice manager for the Advancement team at Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm in the higher education and civic sectors. Previously she was director of development at Silent Spring Institute, supporting science-based research on chemical safety and its role in protecting women’s health. Cathy’s background includes several years at the Longy School of Music, where she managed the concert hall and development events, and earlier as orchestra manager for the Greater Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras. Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Barnard College.
