Your donation sets the stage for a new season of Boston's most intimate, entertaining and provocative plays and musicals. Our shows make powerful connections with our audiences-- and they are only possible because of you.
These policies were most recently updated on Feb 21, 2023.
In consultation with the Calderwood Pavilion, our staff, our audiences, and the latest health guidances from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, we have updated our COVID-19 policies as follows:
Masks are encouraged but are not required for any performances.
Anyone who feels uncomfortable can ask the House Manager about alternative options which may include:
* a better quality mask
* a new seat further distanced from other patrons
* re-scheduling for a different performance
Any patron interested in attending a different performance will be able to exchange their tickets by contacting our ticketing services staff.
Additionally, SpeakEasy still recommends that all audience members wear a mask while in the theatre, and be vaccinated against both COVID-19 and the common flu. You can learn more about the vaccine and locations to get vaccinated near you at the Mass.gov information page here.
These policies will be in place through the run of our production of English, Oct 21 – Nov 19, and will be re-evaluated as our season progresses or if circumstances change.
For questions or ticketing concerns related to these policies, you can call Jim or Christian at 617-482-3279, weekdays from 10am – 6pm.
