Huan Bui is a Vietnamese theatre director who earned his M.F.A. degree in Theatre Directing from the University of Arkansas. Notable credits: assistant director for “As You Like It” (2023), “Shipwrecked! An Entertainment” (2023), “Love’s Labour’s Lost” (2022), and “In The Book Of…” (2020); director for “Picnic on the Battlefield” (2023), “God of Carnage” (2022), “Marisol” (2021), “The Laramie Project” (2020), and “Tribes” (2019). He is filled with excitement to join the Speakeasy Stage family, where he can offer his utmost contributions as a Literary and Artistic Fellow during the company’s 2023-2024 season. (he/him)
